What is Clouwd ?

Clouwd is a social network for live chat and discussion on the latest topics and events. It's all completely free and simple to use.

Clouwd uses a short message system which encourages quick and concise comments. Our messaging system has been designed so users can reply and discuss topics rather than just read one way comments. Many Topics also have added Apps which allow users to give opinions, view trends and moods and a whole range of other things.

Why should I join Clouwd ?

Once registered, users can create and share topics, manage favourites, upload their profile, follow like minded people, message in real-time, give opinions and more.

Privacy

It seems many social networks think that any personal information you give them is their property to make money from however they choose. Clouwd thinks differently.

Firstly, you can use Clouwd with nothing more than an anonymous username and an email address which we never publish (or sell, or spam or anything stupid like that).

Secondly, you can quickly and easily control who can see your public profile. One setting, one click - that's all.

Thirdly, we operate a 'complete delete' policy which means if you decide to delete your account, then we remove all trace of you from our web servers. Gone.

Clouwd People

Clouwd launched our first beta in December 2009. We launched our second, heavily revised, release in May 2010.

Clouwd is developed and managed by a very small group of internet people. We tap away furiously to make sure that Clouwd is really good but there may be the odd bug :-)
